| In the event that you experience a problem with a Columbus Direct insurance policy or the claims process,
the arrangements below should be followed:
- Write to the General Manager, Columbus Travel Insurance,
Advertiser House, 19 Bartlett Street, Croydon,CR2 6TB. Please quote the Certificate
number in any correspondence.
- If you remain dissatisfied after contacting Columbus Travel Insurance, contact the Professional Travel Insurance Company
Limited's representative, 2-4 Winton Square, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 1EZ.
- If you remain dissatisfied after contacting the Professional Travel Insurance Company Limited you may contact the
Insurance Ombudsman Bureau, City Gate One, 135 Park Street, London SE1 9EA.
Please note that the Insurance Ombudsman Bureau will not consider your complaint until you have first contacted the Professional
Travel Insurance Company Limited and received their final decision. The existence of these internal arrangements does
not affect your right to take immediate legal action against the Professional Travel Insurance Company Limited.
