| From the moment you first receive a quote right through to submitting a claim, we want to ensure that
you receive quick, efficient and hassle-free service. If you need to make a claim, our Claims Charter guarantees that:
- Your claim will be acknowledged within seven working days.
- Your claim will be finalised and dispatched within ten working days, providing that all the essential documentation
has been received and is satisfactory.
- Your claim will be looked after by an appointed claims assistant who will be fully responsible for all aspects of
your claim on a daily basis.
- If your claim is not valid under the terms and conditions of the insurance, we will provide a clear explanation for
the reasons.
